In the last three episodes, we’ve been talking about growing the lead generation channels that you own as opposed to those that are owned and controlled by others.

You own your website, your email list, and your customer list.

You have total ownership and control of these platforms, the content you create on them, and the majority of the costs associated with them.

You do NOT own any of your advertising channels - tv, radio, direct mail, social media, PPC, etc.

So to decrease your customer acquisition costs over time while still increasing lead generation and sales, you need to plan and invest in the lead gen platforms that you own.
