Google is rolling out a change that now displays customer reviews that include the same or related keywords that the searcher had used.
Combine this with Google’s 1029 rollout of “Place Topics”, which are word bubbles of the most frequently used words from your customer reviews.
These new changes reveal that getting customers to use keywords when they write their Google Reviews is something your company should be doing.
